This is a great whisk. Won't scratch surfaces and is built strong enough to do the job. I like the grip and feel of the handle. I wish it had a hole for hanging. I have only used this in shallow pans so haven't tried the side attachment.

This is a great whisk. I have other Orka products and thought this would be a great way to save my anodized aluminum pans fron getting scratched. It is very well constructed and is not too big and not too small. It is easy to use, strong but flexible, and the shape at the tip gets into corners of the pan beautifully. Have used it several times and love it.

The whisk's interior is metal. While making polenta in my le crueset sauce pan, the silicone shell wore down and scratched up the enemel of the pot! I've only had the whisk for a few months.
